Delivery
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Our recommended order date for Christmas delivery is 15 December. Later deliveries cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but we will do our utmost to get your items to you on time. Pineapple cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Upon submission of your order, your credit card will be charged for the full value and you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. All stock is subject to availability and Pineapple reserve the right to refuse or restrict any order.
All orders received will normally be dispatched within 3-10 working days.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 1-5 working days of the order being received by us. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly so we are able to contact you.
Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch unless advised otherwise, or if being sent outside of the UK. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered before contacting us. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service.
UK Orders
Our delivery price per order is £3.95.
International Orders
International orders can only be delivered to the address where your payment card is registered to. Orders to international addresses may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

With large orders your delivery costs may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.
Important: Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Obviously we hope you’ll love your purchase but if it’s not quite right you may exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). For hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on underwear, swimwear or jewellery. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please return products in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form.
The products must be unused with their pink label and white product label intact.
The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.
Delivery charges are non-refundable on returned orders. Refunds will be made via the original form of payment used. Please allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed.
Please note: Website purchases can only be returned to our Internet Warehouse using the address on your Returns Form. Website returns cannot be accepted at Pineapple Shops, Debenhams or Miss Selfridge.
DVD's - You may return any unopened DVD for a full refund. Items that have been opened are not returnable unless they are faulty.
